Nervous, but ok.

Coup rumors have been flying today. Anti-government protesters have stormed the airports, forcing the cancellation of all flights. While I am no proponent of the current administration, this is ridiculous. The political situation has become a tragicomedy of sorts, underpinned by greed, ego, and delusion.

Military action is absent while defiance and bravado spews from the leaders of the opposing side. With each day, there's less semblance of law and order. Bombings in key protests sites are becoming part of "life as usual."

Negotiations are supposedly in the works, but I doubt that sides with vastly opposing agendas can see eye to eye. No one knows how (or when) it will end, but we feel that this time, it's going to be pretty damn scary.
