The city's relatively quiet today. Road traffic is light, but many have come to the Phra Phrom (Brahma) shrine at Erawan to make merit, hoping a divine force will heed prayers and grant wishes. One sight that dates this photo is the fact that many have donned pink, the King's auspicious color, for the new year.
